Welcome to our refunds & returns page!
We offer 1 year warranty and 14 Days Money Back Guarantee on all our products if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. But, we completely understand that many of our customers buy our products to offer them to future parents (thank you from the bottom of my heart for this!), and usually several months pass before the parent actually tries the product - especially if you wait until winter to test it! That being said, We fully understand that if you want to return your product even after 14 days, it is possible! We just ask you not to use the product and return it to us in its original packaging, so that they can belong to another family :) our goal is to find you the best product that will best meet your needs!
Some details regarding returns:
Final sale items are not refundable or guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items, unused and in their original packaging, for a full refund, not including shipping costs, and a restocking fee of€ 6 (which are deducted from the refund).
To return your items, please follow these steps :
- Send an email to email@example.com to request an RMA number (goods Return Authorization)
- Indicate your order number and the item you wish to return
- Forward your order confirmation email and send photos of the unused product in its original packaging
- Why you return the products - we will help you find the product of your dreams!
Please note that:
- All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all labels attached and original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for items returned on your original payment method.
- Returns can only be processed for items purchased from 7amenfant.com. items purchased by independent retailers must be returned to the original point of sale. Products purchased in-store or through an online retailer (not 7amenfant.com) are subject to the return and refund policy of the original place of purchase.
- The goods ending in .99 is final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, credited or guaranteed.
- Returns without an RMA (goods return authorization) will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time, but we accept returns within 14 days. We will help you find the best product for you! Please follow the steps above to return your order and place your new order separately.
Returns and exchanges during the holidays:
All orders placed between December 1 and December 31 can be returned by January 31 of the following year. Gift returns are subject to the same shipping and restocking fees as standard returns. Gift refunds can only be processed for the customer who made the original purchase using the original payment method.
Gifts received during the December holidays can be exchanged by the person who received them no later than January 31 of the following year. Original proof of purchase is required to process all exchanges during the holidays. Holiday gift exchanges are subject to the same shipping and restocking fees as standard exchanges.
